Jason Ghormley is the founder and CEO of Esprit de Competition Inc., a veteran Special Forces officer with a career spanning both Naval Special Warfare and Army Special Operations. He served in strategic roles at the joint and interagency level. He has led combat operations, taught MDMP and irregular warfare doctrine, and developed advanced planning and AI-enabled decision tools for SOF and defense agencies. As CEO, he brings deep experience in defense innovation, operational design, and national security strategy to EDC’s mission of enabling competitive advantage for U.S. and allied forces.
