A lifelong numbers professional and daughter of a CPA, she has worked with firms such as H&R Block and built a reputation for accuracy, integrity, and fiscal discipline. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, San Diego. In addition to her tax and accounting background, Denise is a seasoned real estate investor with deep knowledge of property finance and asset strategy. As both a co-founder and matriarch of this veteran-owned, family-run business, she provides the financial stewardship and operational stability that support EDC’s long-term growth and mission success.
